Leadership closure is a reflection tool developed from research by Dr. Johan Larsson. The tool supports both managers and specialists that are interested of personal development. Five steps are included in the tool:

Step 1. Reflection about leadership values

Step 2. Reflection about own leadership behaviour

Step 3. Reflection about observed co-worker behaviour

Step 4. Analyze about the organisational outcomes

Step 5. Decision about a own improvement plan

It is recommended to perform the leadership closure at least once, preferable twice, every year.
